In this session\, you will learn what conflict is\, the various conflict management styles and how to manage and resolve conflict. Learning outcomes: Describe conflict\, including the benefits of conflict for relationships Understand conflict management styles Recognize one's own conflict management style Discuss strategies for managing and resolving conflict Apply conflict management to a novel situation Biography: Dana Linnell\, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at University of Wisconsin-Stout. She is the program director for the MS in Applied I/O Psychology program and regularly teaches Interpersonal Effectiveness Training\, which provides students with the knowledge and skills to be more effective communicators in their personal and professional lives.
