DESCRIPTION:Get a preview of the key state legislative issues in 2025 from members of the State Senate and Assembly who will represent the Chippewa Valley region beginning in January. Invited are continuing and newly-elected legislators from Senate Districts 10\, 23 25\, and 31\, and Assembly Districts 28\, 67\, 68\, 69\, 91\, 92\, and 93. This is an excellent opportunity to get a preview of the key priorities that our local lawmakers will be taking to Madison for the 2025-27 budget session.\n\nCo-sponsored with the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber and the Menomonie Chamber and Visitor Center.\n\n \n\n\n\nLocation and parking information: Click here for the CVTC campus Parking Map.\n\nThe event will take place in the Casper Conference Center at CVTC's Business Education Center\, 620 W. Clairemont Ave.\, Eau Claire 54701. Enter through the front doors. A limited number of spaces are available in the RCU Visitor Lot (P1 on the map). If that is full\, park in the student parking (P3) across the footbridge. Permits for those lots will not be required before 9:30 a.m. that day. There is also a paid parking lot (P7) off University Drive to the east of the building.
