Drop in for a morning dose of relaxation and energy. We will cover basic tai chi warm-ups\, also known as "qi gong\," in a mellow\, beginner-friendly setting. Benefits to mind and body include states of calm\, deepened breathing\, improved balance (physical and emotional)\, mobility\, and greater vitality. Instructor Chris Hayden was given permission to teach in 2012 after over a decade of practice\, and is also a licensed Asian bodywork therapist and Certified Rolfer.
