On March 11, the Northwest Wisconsin chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (NWASTD) will be providing a lunch workshop on 'Performance-Based Needs Assessments' at the RCU Corporate Center, 200 Riverfront Terrace in Eau Claire.

Training (or re-training!) is typically the first step that to address employee performance gaps. However, training is rarely successful when conducted in a vacuum.
