To kick off 2026, check out the FreshStart Series - four on-campus, two-hour classes focused on fitness, financial wellness, meal planning, and mindfulness—perfect for supporting your New Year’s resolutions.
Participants can register for individual sessions or opt for a discounted series rate. The first class begins January 10, and early-bird pricing is available while seats last.
