Stress is one of the top causes of injury and disability claims in the  workplace.  It also causes burnout in our jobs which leads to a non  productive work force.  We all want a high performing staff. Performance translates to knowing our people's potential and getting rid of interferences that do not allow them to use it.  What are some interferences that we encounter that cause life and work to be out of balance?
