Become a certified PCQI! Participants in this online training will learn to develop and implement an FDA-compliant Food Safety Plan. Full 20-hour course following the standardized curriculum designed by the Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance (FSPCA) and recognized by the FDA. Learn new FDA requirements for the application of hazard analysis and risk-based preventive controls. Practice exercises and training materials provided. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an official FSPCA PCQI certificate.
