Area families are invited to work out with Menomonie?s semi-pro football team, the Menomonie Thunderhawks, at the Wellness ROCKS event, ?Train with the Thunderhawks,? on Saturday, May 22 from 12 to 1:30 p.m.

Thunderhawk coaches and players will lead the children through football drills and calisthenics, while children learn the importance of regular exercise and being active.

Families are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item for the local food pantry (optional). The event is free and will be held at Don and Nona Williams Stadium, UW-Stout in Menomonie. Go online, www.rcmc-mhs.org, or call 715-233-7464 to register (required). Call if you must cancel.
